Roseville School, Park and Construction Updates
WESTBROOK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Solaire/Sierra Vista
The Westbrook Elementary School (formerly WB-60) school site is part of the Sierra Vista Specific Plan, however, it is located in teh Solaire development. This is the next school slated to open in August 2023 relieving the pressure off of the existing Orchard Ranch and Riego Creek Elementary Schools.

Something worth noting as you view the map - the dark red dotted lines are the school district boundaries. The majority of Sierra Vista falls within the Center Joint Unified School District. Westbrook Elementary, however, falls within the Roseville City School District (RCSD). For my clients that are considering a move to Sierra Vista, I have been informing them of the school boundaries as many assume (understandably) that it will be serviced by RCSD or Dry Creek School Districts.
Westbrook will serve grades TK-5th with space to accommodate 800 students. Students, staff and families will enjoy open spaces, creative learning courtyards, flex-space classrooms, up-to-date technology and a team of educators committed to caring for each and every student.
COMING SOON - WINDING CREEK/CREEKVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
As part of the Creekview Specific Plan, a new elementary school (parcel C-80) will be constructed to help relieve Fiddyment Farms Elementary. The school is located south of Holt Pkwy, east of Westbrook Blvd, and adjacent to a neighborhood park site to create opportunities for joint use of recreation facilities. The school site will be accessed from the southerly or easterly directions on Clay Creek Dr or Creekpark Dr. The school is planned to be a two-story facility to house 600 kids and open in August 2024. It will serve grades K-5. Click here to see the site map.
Middle school students will attend either Cooley Middle School or Chilton Middle School based on the school boundarymaps at the time of opening. High school students will attend West Park High School.
Adjacent to the school will be a large neighborhood park. Facilities in the park include active ball fields for baseball and soccer, as well as, turfed play area, play structure and seating areas. Pedestrian and bicycle paths will connect through the park. Although Park C-60 and the adjacent elementary school are located at the intersection of Westbrook Blvd and Holt Pkwy, vehicular access will be provided from Creekpark Drive on the south side of the park. Parking will be shared by the park and school.
There will be three additional parks constructed in Creekview that will include sand volleyball courts, basketball, children's play areas, soccer fields and even creek viewing area. Pedestrian/bicycle paths will extend to all the parks.

We were referred to Kacy by a friend, and we owe them big now. With a new baby on the way, and new jobs allowing us to move further from our current home we thought it would be smart to sell and buy during the 2020 market boom.
Buying a new home was difficult. We put many offers in and had a heart broken a few times. Kacy guided us through with tremendous support! She was very sincere through the process! At the end we decided to go with a new build, and Kacy luckily had the right connections to get us in when someone else fell out of contract, giving us a large lot like we wanted. Kacy, Kacy, Kacy….. I met Kacy back in October or November 2021. She was referred to me by someone who had used her when they had moved from the Bay Area to the Roseville area. She was 1 of 4 real estate agents I had considered when we thought of moving to the area. When I first spoke to her on the phone, she was filled with enthusiasm and joy. I advised her that she was someone I was considering to help us look for a home and her response was pretty damn impressive out of all the other responses I had received when I told the other 3 real estate agents that this was probably an interview process for who I would be choosing during this process. I was impressed that her demeanor did not change and it even became more inspiring—Kacy was more than excited to be part of this selection process and she was ready for the challenge. She was GAME ON.
When we met Kacy in person for the first time, she was punctual, reliable, and communicated very well. Her enthusiasm and professionalism was more than I had expected. She could carry a conversation and she was very knowledgeable of the real estate game. Kacy interacted well with my kids and my wife and the chemistry simply flowed. Kacy still knew she was still going through this so-called “interview process” amongst the other agents and yet, she did not waver or become discouraged. She had energy and positivity that was vibrant. After the “interview process”, however, we decided to go with a close, trusted friend’s recommendation instead and ended up moving to Lincoln in January 2022.
Due to Kacy’s lasting impression she had on me and my wife, I re-contacted Kacy in May 2022 and asked her for advice of our current situation and the real estate market at that point because Lincoln and the house wasn’t for us. It didn’t feel as if it was “the one.” Kacy was as professional and as helpful as can be. Even on a short notice and a tight schedule, she communicated and coordinated very well and she kept us on track while adapting to our demands of lugging around our 3 kids under the age of 5. Through it all, she maintained her composure, she was always professional and accommodating. Most importantly, she was patient, understanding, personable, and played with our kids. My kids loved her and always looked forward to seeing her because of the bond she was able to establish between us and our family. In less than a month, Kacy got us our home that we loved in the area that we loved.
Kacy ABSOLUTELY hit the nail on the head. She was more than what we could have ever asked for or even demanded. She not only met our expectations, she blew them out of the water. With that experience, I believed that every commendation she has received, she has rightfully earned and deserved.
